The layouts for the first and second tiers were finalized. On the first tier, the locations of all the cities were put into place. The pricing of the properties was finalized. On the sides where the properties are evenly spaced out, the pricing of properties is $250K, $400K, $600K, and $750K. Then, on the side where the properties are unevenly spaced out, the prices are $350K, $450K, $550K, and $650K. The sides' pricing will all add up to two million dollars.
On the second layer, two situational tiles were added. If a player lands on the "Business Meeting" tile, the must skip a turn. Landing on the other situational tile, "Pay Taxes", will cause the player to lose a percentage of their current cash on hand.

A new element available for purchase is the "Expansion" tile. This will allow the player to expand their business into different franchises, such as having a shop dedicated to dessert. For gameplay, this will cause locations on the first tier to increase in income.
There was an issue with the electrical setup of the LEDs. The way that it was supposed to function is that the three position switch is supposed to control only the LEDs that shows who owns the properties. However, while testing the electronic, it was discovered that pressing down on one of the switches will cause all storefront LEDs to turn off. The source of this problem was that the LED that turned off the other LEDs was drawing too much voltage from the battery pack. In order to reduce the voltage being received by the LED, a 10 Ohm resistor was placed in series to the LED and battery pack.
