How to Play
Each player is giving $2 million to start and will begin on the "GO" tile that corresponds with the color of their piece. In the beginning, the player travels down their side of the country, aiming to buy store locations in each city before entering enemy territory. The goal is to own all the store locations in your territory, which will allow the player to gain access to the second tier. On the second tier the player will expand their control of their company, which increases the rent on the store locations in the city. To win the game, you must own all of your opponents locations.
A player collects $200K when passing their respective “GO”. If the player is sent to jail, they will not collect money from passing “GO”. All money lost from sources other than revenue being collected from other players must go to the bank unless otherwise agreed upon by the players before the game begins. In order to be released on jail, the player must pay a fine, use a “Get out of jail” free card, or wait 3 turns.
On the bottom tier there are tiles labeled "Pay Wages" and "New Menu Item". When a player lands on one of these tiles they will, respectively, lose or gain $200K. The top tier has a spot labeled "Pay Taxes", where the player will lose $400K.
When a player loses money via special means (such as the "Pay Wages" tile or through the conditions of the "Slice of Life" and "Roll for Success" cards), it can be decided before the game whether or not all players wish to use the "Taxes" pedestal to put that money. When a player lands on "Collect Taxes", they receive all the money on the pedestal.
If a player lands on a property owned by another player, but cannot pay the rent, the player who landed on the property can mortgage any property they own. When mortgaging a property, the player receives half of the original cost in cash. However, the space is inoperable. Renovations cannot be made on the property and rent cannot be collected from that property.
Rent on utilities increase when the player buys more utilities. Utilities on the first tier add $30K to the rent. Utilities of the second tier add $50K to the rent.

Buying Properties and Storefront
A player has the option of buying a property after landing on it. If the player purchases the property, they will press up on the switch if it is within their territory, or press down if it is in another player’s territory. Once the player purchases all four properties in their territory, the player will be able to renovate their property, which upgrades it and increases the rent. When a property has been renovated, the player will press the green button for the first renovation and the red button for the second renovation. Each renovation will increase the rent of only that specific location. Renovations can only be made if the player lands on the tile of that location. The first renovation costs $50K and the second renovation costs $100K.
Once the player owns all of the properties in their territory, they can advance to the second tier of the board. After passing their respective “GO”, the player can move to the second tier in order to buy the properties located there, which increase the rent on the storefronts on the first tier. After passing the “GO” on the second tier, the player has an option of staying on the second tier or going back down to the first tier. The player gets no money for passing “GO” on the second tier. If the player decides to go to the second level, they will not be able to collect from "GO". The player can return to the first level of the board after passing "GO" on the second tier.
To knock out other players, you must takeover all their properties. All players must buy at least one property during their first time going around the board. After passing their respective "GO" for the first time, a player may start taking over the competition. When landing on another player’s location, you can either pay the rent or take over the location. In order to take over a property, you must pay the owner twice the property’s original value. This notion applies even if the property has been taken over multiple times.
There are 4 airports located throughout the board. If a player owns 2 airports on adjacent sides of the board, they can move directly from one airport to the next if they land on the property. If a player lands on an airport but it is unowned or only one is owned by another player, you can use the airport for $10K. If you chose to use an airport and both are owned by the same player, the cost is $20K. If you chose to use an airport and each one is owned by different players, each player receives $10K. You cannot use the airport 2 turns in a row. If the airport is owned by another player, but you chose not to use its functionality, you still must pay rent to the owner.

Slice of Life and Roll for Success
The “Slice of Life” cards mostly contain situational event, where the player must choose between the given options and face the consequences of their decision. The “Roll of Success” cards are more luck based. Most cards will have different results on the card and depending on what the player rolls on a 20 sided.
