Week 5 Update 2

The purchased materials were transported to Drexel, where the construction of the board began. First, the base of the 1st level board, the top of the 1st level board, and the 2nd level board were created. They were cut from a larger sheet of ABS plastics. What was created next was the slanted parts of the board. Simultaneously, the elevated part of the 20" x 20" board was erected using ABS cement and thin strips of  ABS plastics. All the pieces were ultimately cut with a razor. After switching back and forth from using a razor and bandsaw, it was seen that the razor gave us a cleaner cut. After all the pieces were cut, they were sanded down with a hand grinder to enable the pieces to connect smoothly with each other.
